United StatesI have called, left a message and emailed and never received a response from anyone. That was about 4 days ago, still waiting. I purchased 3 lights, 2 did not work properly. I called to ask that maybe there is something they could advise me to do that maybe I am not doing.The one that does work, does not light my garden as bright as I anticipated. It works, yes, but I thought the “glow” would be brighter than what is being put out (And yes at the highest brightness setting). With that said, I feel like these lights are over priced for the quality that is being given.

United StatesI haven't been able to get my light to work reliably. Right now it isn't working at all. I have had the solar panel outside and facing the sun for weeks. When I turn the on off switch on the panel, the light flickers on briefly and then turns off. I've tried pressing the different RGB buttons on the remote as well as the other buttons and nothing turn its on. The light seemed to work the first week but hasn't worked since then (it has been about a month since).
